DC youth curfew reinstated by Bowser emergency order

Days after the massive fight at a Navy Yard Chipotle, the mayor declared a public emergency and reinstated the youth curfew.

WASHINGTON — Mayor Muriel Bowser reinstated the youth curfew by emergency order Friday, in response to the massive brawl that broke out inside a Navy Yard Chipotle last weekend.
