WASHINGTON — Police have identified a 12-year-old and a 14-year-old who were both killed in a shooting in Northeast D.C. Tuesday evening.
Two boys were found shot just before 3:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Kenilworth Avenue NE. A 14-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting. A 12-year-old was brought to a hospital in critical condition, but he later died in the hospital.
