WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A doctor is facing charges after police say he inappropriately touched a woman in his care at a sleep and weight-loss clinic in Woodbridge.
According to Prince William County Police, the crime happened at the Optimal Sleep and Weight Loss Clinic on Harbor Center Drive on April 1.
