US Attorney Pirro wants DC student truancy records to get to the bottom of teen takeovers and the fight at Chipotle

The chancellor of DC Public Schools, Dr. Lewis Ferebee, said he will only provide the U.S. Attorney’s Office with student records if ordered by a lawful court.

WASHINGTON — The D.C. Chancellor of Public Schools said he has not received a request from U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro to obtain student records that she said could help in the investigation into a fight inside a Navy Yard Chipotle.
