Even though the Badgers seemed like an obvious choice, Garlock went into what went down behind the scenes, especially how things shifted due to him not playing his senior season after breaking his ankle.

Ultimately, not only did Wisconsin secure his commitment, but the Badgers now know Garlock is returning for year two. After appearing in 30 games and averaging 6.6 minutes per game, there’s still a ton of growth to be had but that’s something that will come with time.
