Families gathered on the National Mall to honor 363 fallen officers during the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund 38th Annual Candlelight Vigil.
WASHINGTON — Hundreds of family members, friends and loved ones gathered along the National Mall Wednesday night to remember and honor the law enforcement officers who have died across the country.
