WASHINGTON — The man driving the car that killed 3-year-old Zoey Harrison has pleaded guilty. Larry Naylor pled guilty to one count of grossly negligent manslaughter by motor vehicle. Naylor will be sentenced on Oct. 2 and faces a maximum of 10 years in prison.
