Arlington police evacuated a 7-Eleven after a man wielding a knife ignored commands and entered the store.
ARLINGTON, Va. — Police were called to the intersection of Columbia Pike and S. Monroe Street at 6:19 p.m. on Friday for reports of a disorderly individual.
When officers with the Arlington County Police Department arrived, they spoke with a man outside the 7-Eleven located in the 3600 block of Columbia Pike when he pulled out a knife. Officers issued commands to the man, who ignored them and went inside the 7-Eleven.
The employees and patrons were evacuated
