WASHINGTON — Charging documents released Wednesday are offering new details and images in a tense shootout between Secret Service officers and a 45-year-old Texas man earlier this week. The man was wounded by officers, and a teenage bystander was also shot and wounded in the crossfire on Monday.
Marx was charged Wednesday in a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in connection to the shooting.
