D.C. police seek two puppies stolen from home in Southeast

The three-month-old puppies were taken during an April 1 burglary.

WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department is searching for two puppies stolen during a burglary earlier this month in Southeast.

Officials say a suspect forced entry into a home in the 2800 block of Robinson Place around 11:30 a.m. April 1, and stole two three‑month‑old pit bull puppies. No one was home at the time.

MPD released photos showing one brown male puppy and one gray male puppy.
