DC Police are searching for a masked suspect who fatally shot a woman in Park View late Tuesday night.

WASHINGTON — DC Police are searching for the person who shot and killed a woman in the Park View neighborhood Tuesday night.
Authorities were called to the 600 block of Kenyon Street, Northwest just before 11 p.m. on reports of a shooting. When officers arrived, DC Police say they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts from DC Fire and EMS, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
