The proposed map swings most congressional districts blue.
LEESBURG, Va. — A “vote no” rally was held in Leesburg on the eve of an election that could have a major impact on the commonwealth.
Former Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin and former Attorney General Jason Miyares led Monday night’s rally inside ResQ BBQ.
“Vote no!” attendees chanted.
Miyares criticized a proposed congressional district map, calling it “a map you draw when you’re drunk with power.” He said the outcome of the vote would determine which maps are used.
