Rapper Oddisee will headline the show, and perform with the Georgetown University Orchestra.
WASHINGTON — The District Sounds festival returns to The Wharf for another year of bringing the community together through music. The showcase allows students from local public schools to share the stage with world-class artists across a host of genres.
The all-ages event is back The Wharf on April 18 with local performances, a flamenco vs. tap battle, a shamanic Argentine orchestra and a finale from D.C. native hip-hop artist Oddisee. He’ll be performing with the Georgetown University Orchestra.
