FORT HUNT, Va. — One person was rescued by firefighters after an early-morning house fire in Fairfax County. Firefighters also found two dogs dead in the home Tuesday.
Crews were first called to the home at 2:40 a.m. in Fort Hunt for a report of smoke in the area. Firefighter arrived at the home in the 2100 block of Basset Street and upgraded the call to a house fire.
