MANASSAS, Va. — A driver is facing charges after police say he hit and killed a 9-year-old who was running in the road.
According to the Prince William County Police Department, the deadly crash happened near Centreville Road and Leland Road in Manassas shortly before 10:30 p.m. Monday.
