CLEVELAND – Detroit Tigers rookie Hao-Yu Lee was injured in a collision at home plate in the second game of a doubleheader against the Cleveland Guardians on Friday, Sept. 4.
In the third inning, Lee was on third base after going 1-for-2 with an RBI.

Spencer Torkelson hit a grounder that was fielded by third baseman José Ramírez. Lee went on contact and Ramírez threw home to catcher Austin Hedges.
