NFL GM Called Wisconsin a “Sleeping Giant” to Morocco Brown

When Morocco Brown was considering a move from the NFL to Wisconsin, he received an intriguing endorsement from someone who knows the Wisconsin Badgers well.

In an interview (subscription required) with Badger Connect’s Jesse Temple, Brown recently revealed that Indianapolis Colts general manager and former Wisconsin football player Chris Ballard encouraged him to pursue the opportunity, describing the program as a “sleeping giant.”
