BLOOMINGTON — Former Indiana basketball head trainer Tim Garl filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the university’s Board of Trustees and athletic director Scott Dolson.
Garl’s suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, accuses the defendants of wrongful termination and age discrimination.
