The Oklahoma City Thunder can pencil in some plans for the next couple of summers. With the 2027 FIBA World Cup and 2028 Olympics right around the corner, several members of the 2025 NBA champions will take part in the international festivities.
Another was recently added. Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault was officially added to Team USA’s coaching staff on Thursday. He joins Erik Spoelstra’s bench — who takes on the baton as the new United States head coach through 2028.
