Hall of Fame wide receiver Calvin Johnson holds the record for most receiving yards in a single season with 1,964, which is a record that has held for 14 years. But the former Detroit Lion cited one player currently in the league that he thinks could eventually beat his record.
In an interview with the Detroit Free Press, Johnson chose an NFC West receiver to break his record, and it was not Seattle Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba. He actually ended up picking Los Angeles Rams wide out Puka Nacua over the reigning Offensive Player of the Year.
