WASHINGTON — As the nation’s capital gears for a second federal surge this summer, a new study digs beyond the numbers and analyzes the impact of President Donald Trump’s deployment of the National Guard last year.
The study conducted by the Niskanen Center takes a look at the deployment of an estimated 2,000 National Guard members starting last August.
