WASHINGTON — An investigation is underway after a dog was stabbed in D.C. over the weekend. Police are asking for the public’s help to find the person responsible.
According to a DC Police incident report, sixth district officers were called to the 2300 block of Nicholson Street, Southeast, just before 9:30 a.m. for an anonymous report of a man stabbing a dog.
