WASHINGTON — A man who died after being rescued from James Creek Marina on Friday has been identified.
According to MPD, Ricardo Munn, 50, of Bowie, Maryland was attempting to dock a boat to a floating dock around 9:45 p.m. on Friday, May 29. As Munn was attempting to dock the boat, he slipped into the water and did not resurface.
When officers arrived to the 200 block of V Street, Southwest, they found Munn in the water and transported him to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
