WASHINGTON — Federal workers who have access to sensitive information may soon have to sign non-disclosure agreements, according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management.

On Tuesday, the agency issued a template NDA for federal employees with access to personally identifiable information, operational plans, personnel records, and other protected materials.
