LAUREL, Md. — Laurel Police are offering a warning to online shoppers after a shooting over the weekend. Two people were hospitalized after they were shot at what police believe was an online sale meetup.
According to a post on the police department’s social media pages, officers were called to the area of 14700 Baltimore Avenue for a report of a shooting Saturday afternoon. Once on scene, police found two people had been shot. Both had non-life-threatening injuries.
