WASHINGTON — The Rockville man charged with throwing a beer keg through the window of Georgetown Cupcake has been released until his next court date. Charles Ali, 28, has also been ordered to stay away from the bakery.
Ali turned himself in Thursday to DC Police. He was accompanied by his father and an attorney.
