WASHINGTON — A juvenile curfew zone was put in place for Memorial Day weekend, just hours after Mayor Muriel Bowser reinstated the youth curfew by emergency order. 

Groups of nine or more children are prohibited in juvenile curfew zones, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
