After 41 years caring for students at Randolph-Macon College, a beloved “campus grandma” is retiring — and leaving behind a legacy.

And, more often than not, a side of Barclay.

For generations of students at the small college in Ashland, Virginia, Barclay DuPriest has been far more than a familiar face. She has been a source of comfort, encouragement and unconditional love — a woman students affectionately call their “campus grandma.”
