WASHINGTON — It’s been one year since a soon-to-be engaged couple were shot and killed leaving the Capital Jewish Museum.

Sarah Lynn Milgrim, 26, and Yaron Lischinsky, 30, both Israeli embassy employees, had attended an American Jewish Committee reception at the museum that evening.

Elias Rodriguez, 31, was arrested that night after allegedly shooting 21 rounds. Earlier that evening, he allegedly ran into the event and began chanting “Free, free Palestine.” A grand jury indictment alleged
