STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A man is in police custody in connection with multiple sexual assaults at a recovery center dating back nearly six months.
Jasbert Fitchett Jr., 43, of Newport News, was arrested on Friday and charged with four counts of sexual battery. According to police, Fitchett worked at Mainsprings Recovery Center located at Fraley Blvd.
