Andrew Williams, 20, of Northeast, was found in the 3700 block of Hayes Street, NE, suffering from gunshot wounds.
When officers arrived, they reported that Williams was conscious and breathing. First responders took him to a local hospital. Despite life-saving measures, Williams died in the hospital.
Police were looking for a dark blue Audi Q5 with Virginia tags, believed to be linked to the shooting.
