ARLINGTON, Va. — A man who was seriously injured when he was shot by police during a standoff in an Arlington 7-Eleven convenience store has died.
Police identified the man as 33-year-old Shawn Vain. They said he had no “fixed address.”
The incident unfolded when police were sent to a 7-Eleven location at Columbia Pike and South Monroe Street after a report of a disorderly person.
