Charles Tyler Atwell, who was an assistant coach at Battlefield High School for over year, was arrested by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office on April 29.
The arrest was the culmination of an investigation that began when the Shenandoah County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint on April 19.
