Raccoons get into Noyes Elementary School, principal says

Principal Kermit Burks says Department of General Services crews are working to address the problem as quickly as possible.

WASHINGTON — A D.C. elementary school is working to remove raccoons from the building. Noyes Elementary School Principal Kermit Burks shared an update with parents and families in a letter on Thursday.

Burks said efforts are underway to remove the raccoons and their presence is only impacting one classroom in the building.
