For years – we’ve covered talks about the Westphalia Towne Center project. County leadership announced Thursday it has secured a new anchor grocery store for the area – Sprouts. The 23,000-square-foot grocery retailer specializes in organic food.
Some neighbors who live near the project on Route 4 say the announcement brings varied emotions.
