FREDERICK COUNTY, Va. — A driver is facing felony charges after he allegedly fired at another motorist during a road-rage incident in Virginia last week.

According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, Matthew Joseph Foyt was reportedly driving aggressively on Route 37 from the Martinsburg Pike to off-ramp to Route 522 when he slowed down long enough to fire a gun at another driver.
