DC Police say the allegations and video have been referred to Internal Affairs Division for a review and investigation.

WASHINGTON — A DC man is demanding justice and accountability after DC police and federal officers arrested him, and according to him, illegally searched his car.

Darrell Gaston says the encounter happened the night of April 1 along U Street, near the corner of 12th Street in Northwest.
