WASHINGTON — Detectives are investigating a homicide in Southeast D.C. on Thursday night. They’re asking the public for help finding the person or people responsible.

Officers were called to the 3300 block of Wheeler Road, SE, around 10:15 p.m. for reports of a shooting. When they arrived, police found a man shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The victim has been identified as Dwayne Isaacs, 22, of Upper Marlboro.
