On Friday night, the Panthers selected University of Tennessee wide receiver Chris Brazzell II with this year’s 83rd overall pick. The 6-foot-4, 198-pound pass catcher is an extremely intriguing prospect, one that has the ability to stretch the field and provide a spark for the Carolina offense.
