DC Police say an officer fired at, but missed, a suspect in body armor who pointed a gun at officers, leading him to surrender.
WASHINGTON — DC Police say an officer fired at a man in body armor who was pointing a gun at other officers Wednesday in Northwest.
According to police, the man wasn’t shot, and the gunfire prompted him to drop to the ground and give up his weapon in the north alley of the 1000 block of Lamont Street.
