LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. — Law enforcement agencies across the D.C. region are seeing an uptick in so-called “distraction thefts.” The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office posted a community alert on its social media pages over the weekend, warning people to stay vigilant.
