Live Nation to pay $9.9 million for deceptive ticket pricing practices in DC

If you’re a DC concertgoer who purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster in the last decade, you may be getting a refund.

WASHINGTON — If you bought a concert ticket in D.C. through Live Nation and Ticketmaster over the last 10 years, you may soon be able to file a claim to get money back. Live Nation, which owns Ticketmaster, will pay a total of $9.9 million as part of a settlement with the DC Office of the Attorney General.
