MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — A 3-year-old drowned in Montgomery County Saturday evening.

On Saturday, April 18, around 5:31 a.m., 2nd District officers and Fire Rescue personnel responded to the 10900 block of Burbank Drive for the report of a possible child drowning. The address is in a residential neighborhood in Potomac, Maryland.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found the 3-year-old and quickly transported her to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
