U.S. Park Police say the crash sent five people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
WASHINGTON — U.S. Park Police are searching for a driver who left a traffic stop and crashed into another vehicle late Tuesday night.
According to police, officers tried to pull over a vehicle with a missing license plate around 11:30 p.m. The driver did not stop, and struck another vehicle on Malcolm X Avenue Southeast. Following the collision, the wanted driver drove off.
