WASHINGTON — The race for D.C.’s non-voting delegate seat in the U.S. House of Representatives is underway. Now, two high-profile D.C. councilmembers running for the seat are at odds. 

At-Large D.C. councilmember Robert White is calling for fellow councilmember Brooke Pinto to withdraw from the race after Pinto posted a nearly-70-page opposition research document on her campaign website.
