Tight end Sam LaPorta got candid about his contract impasse with the Detroit Lions in an interview on the “Pardon My Take” podcast that aired Wednesday, Oct. 21.
A few weeks after LaPorta told local media about a “stalemate” over a contract extension with the team that drafted him in 2023, he expressed disappointment on the podcast that he still hasn’t landed a new deal.
