Throughout the offseason, the Charlotte Hornets were rumored to be bringing back one of their most beloved city jerseys. Those rumors were confirmed earlier this week, as pictures of the jersey recreation and a brand new court inspired by them surfaced on social media. The jerseys, which were last worn by Charlotte during the 2017-18 season are all black with purple and teal accents on the side. They feature a text across the center that reads “Buzz City” above the jersey number.
