Last week with six athletes nominated, readers selected Mahopac’s Taylor Stillwaggon as lohud Field Hockey Player of the Week, presented by White Plains Hospital, after the junior netted two goals and had an assist, one of her goals being an overtime game-winner.
Stillwaggon joined this season’s previous winners, Valhalla’s Sophia Gac, North Rockland’s Lila Walsh and Rye Country Day’s Bailey Donovan.

This week coaches have nominated five players for the award, which covers games played Sept. 21-27.
Their accomplishments are noted below.
