The San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday made a couple of moves on their active roster, including the surprise placement of defensive tackle CJ West on IR.
It’s unclear what injury West is dealing with. Head coach Kyle Shanahan on neither Sunday nor Monday after the 49ers’ Week 2 win indicated the second-year defensive tackle is dealing with any ailments.
