Colorado Buffaloes football coach Deion Sanders said Tuesday that several players are no longer with the program following the Buffs’ 41-7 loss at Northwestern.
“There’s a few guys who aren’t on the team anymore,” Sanders said during his weekly news conference.

Sanders did not identify the players, but said the dismissals involved recurring conduct detrimental to the team. He added that he is taking a firmer approach to accountability than he did last season.
